Who I am and why I do this work.
Who I Am As a Human Being
I may be in Florida, but Iβm a Jersey girl at heart.
My core value is authenticity β Iβm unapologetically me.
Iβm a proud mom to my son, dog, and cat (but kill any plant I touch).
Iβm a human being who is not afraid to admit that Iβve been where you are.
I havenβt just studied eating disorders and trauma βIβve survived them.

Examples of Therapy Goals We Address at Bloom:
My message to you.
I know it may not seem this way, but youβre not invisible;
I see you.
Youβre the hard-working college student.
Youβre the perfect employee.
The singer, the dancer, the student athlete.
Youβre the friend everyone confides in.
You have a huge heart, so why do you feel so alone?
Itβs so hard to share whatβs going on inside.
You donβt want to burden your friends but here you are,
stuck in yet another shame spiral, overthinking everything you said yesterday.
Itβs the third time you changed your outfit this morning.
Now youβre not going to make it to the gym and you REALLY needed to go after last night.
Youβre on the edge of tears and a panic attack is brewing.
Living with an eating disorder feels like youβre slowly drowning.
Itβs easy to sink further and further without hope that it gets better.
My job?
Itβs to throw you the buoy and pull you back to shore.
Full recovery is possible.
Looking in the mirror and being proud of your reflection
- not for your weight or shape β it's possible.
Iβve been there,
Iβve walked that walk,
and Iβd be honored to guide you through your own healing journey.
There's a version of you beneath all the noise -
whole, worthy, and still in there, waiting to be found!
I'm here for you.
Not to change who you are,
but to help you reconnect to everything you've always been.
Let's go find YOU.
Let's go find your glow!
